“But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” Isaiah 30. In John 14:27, He assures you that He left you His peace. He also says to “let not” your heart be troubled nor afraid. The phrase “let not” means that this is something within your control.  Accept Jesus’ peace – lean into him.
